HEY GUYS!,i have a stock 2004 yammie blaster. i come on to this honda forum every once and a wile and frequently i see posts about 250ex vs blaster or sumthing. i just want you to know that today a raced a 500 foot drag against a 250ex with an fmf mega max pipe and k&n air filter. it was in my favor from start to finiish i was 30ft ahead of him.

 

thats not really something to be proud of, a good race will be between your blaster and a 300ex. Think about it, a 200cc 2 stroke, even as mild as it is, verses a 229cc auto clutched 4 stroke....
kinda like saying your corvette put the hurting on a pinto....

 

im saying theis because people with 250ex's thik they can beat blasters

 

I betcha a 250ex with ALOT of work done to it.....could possibly take a STOCK blaster....
just remember...... years after ur blaster is burnt out.....the same aged 250 ex will be runnin strong

dont get me wrong, blasters are sweet, but just remember, theres always someone faster, so dont go braggin.......

for example......i will crush your blaster on my kota
