Well I have been waiting on the '05 KFX400's to hit the floors but couldnt wait so I asked my dealer what he could do on this and I got it for $6621 OTD with a HRC kist and a set of bi-fold ramps. I think that is a decent deal. So I take it out on my street since I havent had a chance to take it to the trails yet and first try it starts right up but the kick start smacks me in the bare shin, lol ( I have done it 6 times now in less than 2 hours [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] ). My only expirience on a quad is the DS650 I have recently sold and this thing would so take it on a drag race I think, this thing has some major *****. I can pop the front end up anywhere in first and second with little or no negotitaion from the bars. Anyway here are some pics I just took and yes I know, I have an LED out on the brake light.

congrats on the new bike, yea i got a yfz and it also has some ***** to, i got mine for bout the same price i think it was $6685 including tax (MSRP-$6895 or something like that) o yea and with the front fenders off i think ur bike would look badass

 

Yeah Im thinking about taking them off to see what it looks like. I love the fact that I can just bolt them back on. BTW, does anyone know if there are any cool looking graphics kits out there for the 450R? I wanted a skin industries one but they dont show the 450R yet [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

yea the 1st time i saw a 450r i didnt really like it cuz theres like no front end to it, thats the way it looks to me anyways, thats y i got the yfz but anyways i saw one at the drags with its fenders off and i was like damn that looks a lot nicer
