I'm sorry for asking this question. but I need to know so bad. and I don't know anyone who has one to test ride one. and I have ask the dealers and they wont let me.
so what I want to know is
TRX vs. YFZ
top speed?
acceleration.?
response to mods?


if I purchased one I would probably be doing a little track racing (MX) and a little play riding.

please don't start warring over it but

i just want to know

and even if i do get a lot of different answers i don't care i'll just go by majority

 

My Buddy has both and he had me drag race him. He had the TRX & I had the YFZ. and it was a real good race they both would get good holeshots and stay Side by Side in Mid-Range and the YFZ would start to pull away and would win by 1 1/2 - 2 Quads. And from what I have herd the YFZ will take better to Mods.

 

thanks. yea me and my buddy are both talking about getting a 450 and he is probably going to get a YFZ and i was leaning more towards the TRX. i have heard the YFZ is a little bit faster then the TRX but in an MX race you wouldn't be able to see the differents would you?

 

well The YFZ is set up for MX and the TRX is a all round good quad.

Yes we did and it still was the Same.

well from my experience in drags i raced my bone stock yfz vs a piped trx and he beat me bout his front tire in length, and the yfz is more mx setup than the trx, but the trx is better in trails at least thats wut ive heard

 

I have both. My 250R has an FMF pipe and my YFZ is stock. The YFZ wins repeatedly in drags and on the MX track.
