Default Pipes and K&N Jetting PLEASE Help

I Have Pro Circuit Duals and K&N Filter with Dynojet Jet kit on My V Force. The bike runs great with a lot of power all through the power band. However while cruising at 1/4 to half throttle and then hitting the throttle to accelerate the bike hits a dead spot or sputters one time for just a fraction of a second. My plugs were dark in color for the rear but the front plug was a grey to white color. On the frot cylinder I opened up the carb mixture screw and it richened up this cylinder because the plug became darker in color, however the problem still is there. I run at 1,000 to 2,000 feet and have the needles shimed on the 5th notch, carbs set at 2.5 turns out and 124 in the front and 128 in rear. Are there any better settings you could think of, such as moving to larger jets? What is everyone else running at this altitude with similar mods
Thanks
Brian

I put the dynojet jets in and mine runs great. 138 and 142 dynojets at 1800' ,4th position on needles and 3 turns out. Everything exactly wht the instructions said except 4th on needles when they said 3rd.
