05 update - kind of
Just spoke with my dealers part manager today - all he new was there are over 50 new part #'s for just racks and bumers in the sportsman line. He said be ready for the new 800 and you can purchase the military ATV that Polaris is making. Some 05's will be out in Aug. but most in Sept.
I couldn't get anything else out of him, his boss had seen pictures but he was out so I couldn't work on him to tell me about the new style but they have changed I was told.

Was i talking about an 800 efi sportsman with dual CV joint front axles, newer designed headlights, dual tail lights and back up lights and sstorage under the front rack similar to an atp and a plusher ride then before with new plastic that is supposed to offer better coverage from mud and side panels that actually fit now?

Thanks Polaris5610, I don't post much but what I do post I try and make sure it's not just talk. I been waiting like the rest of us for the 05 line. I have been waiting to sell my 2000 quad for a while and almost bought a 04.5 SP 700 EFI in the Hunter Package that my dealer has. But then I heard about the body style change for the 05's so I am holding off to see what the big change is. If they don't have a 05 800 EFI in the hunter package right away I may have to go for the 04.5 700. I was also told the dealers will have insentives from Polaris to get rid of the 04's once the 05's are out. I just hope Polaris doesn't trickle them out and they come out with a full line right away.

Hey MNFiesen, what's my 2002 500 Mag worth these day's, great shape with only 513 miles. I see you had one and sold it.
