How do I get rust out?

Hey guys I just bought a 3 wheeler and rust is all over the motor. How do I get it out or what do I use?

What do you mean there is rust oll over the engine??????? just stains on the paint; or is the engine itself rusted???????

Sandblast. take it somewhere where they do sandblasting and there they will remove any rust.
