Default lossing weight

How can i get her to lose some weight, I mean come on my 250 is 530 pounds and with me on it man that's alot of wieght what can i do to lit-n her load?

low "CARB" diet!! get it "CARB", yeah i know it was pretty lame.

You could start with the diamond plate you made. I love that stuff[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] but it weighs alot[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] You have a utilty quad, so, if your trying to make it sportier and don't use the racks, shed them. Get rid of the steel wheels and go aluminum. If you have a trailer ball, get rid of it too. Just some thoughts.
