Default What to do with my VForce?

I have a 2004 VForce and I would like to do some mods on it. I really want to start cheep. I was thinking a Dalton Blue or EPI Pink. I'm not a racer, but I felt like I had no power on the dunes. I have paddles but just couldn't get it done out there. I also need a new grab bar due to an accident where my quad fell out of the back of my truck and on the grab bar. The grab bar is now a little... how do you say... SMASHED TO HELL! Any recommendations? I also have one other boo boo, the front fender clips have busted off on both sides so now the fenders just bang against the metal rods that are suppose to hold the fender. Do I just take the rods off? I would hate to get new plastic already. God only knows how much the LE plastic is. Any ideas anybody has would be great. Any other mods you guys can think of would be great too. Please just keep in mind I am a computer tech, not a mechanic.

Thanks again,

I go the EPI pink and it is a good mod I pulls harder to the top that with the stock spring. I also removed the stock snorkle this seems to help a little. It is possiable I need to rejet because it seems to run a little hot.??

When I broke my fender hangers on my Raptor, I had great results repairing it by drilling small holes in the plastic and then using a small piece of metal with holes in it, I tie wrapped the bracket thru the fender around the metal piece then back thru the plastic and back to the bracket.

Basically I sandwiched the plastic, between the bracket and the 1/2 inch by 2 inch metal piece, with the tie wrap (zip tie). It holds it very securely and can be made for a variety of shapes.....

Man I wish I was the guy holding the patent on Zip Ties>

That's exactly what I'm going to do expect I'm going to use bolts or pop rivets and diamond plate so it looks nice. Both sides to match.

Hey guys which transmission mods do I use for drag racing? That seems to be the type of racing I do most.
