Too many variables involved here.I would guess about 60-65mph tops. It's all in your gearing with the auto tranny. The added power will only get you there faster, but not much more after that.

I have a 96 sport 400L does it also have the 12-34 gearing??? I was told it was 13-34. If it is the 12-34 how much of a diff would bumping it to 13-34 make, or should I go with 12-30? I have plenty of low end looking to get some more top speed now.

Id say depending on what tire size, and how much you weigh, wud determine what gear you want to run. 13-34 may be too high with no port work. Stock was 12-34 I think. you may wanna go with 13-36. It wud give you a 2.77 ratio vs the higher 2.61 from the 13-34
