who woud win in a drag? stock 250r vs stock 450r

 

thats a tough question... the 450r might have the upper hand because it will most likely get the holeshot, but it could go either way

 

I would have to say in a 300ft. drag the 450R would win. I have an 85 ATC 250R I got beat in a 300ft drag by a 450R by about a length. My ATC is a little lighter than the TRX but the TRX may get out of the hole faster than me because it is easier for them to keep the front down. My ATC 250R is stock except for a little boring but it is 19 yrs. old. I have not got a chance to race a stock TRX 250R because I can't remeber ever seeing one, they are usually hopped up a little. i would have to say the 450r. my 250R with and exhaust, kn filter, and v force reeds, lost to my 450R in a drag race. it stayed with it a time or two but never won. and my 450R is stock.

stock for stock definatly the 450r, yea 250r's are fast machines but not as fast stock ud need to put a few modds in it
