Are the warrenties that the dealers offer worth the money????
I'm new to the ATV and ready to purchase but not a big fan of an extended warrenty.
$600 for a 4 year warrenty is $600 a lot of money!!! If the product needs an extended warrenty maybe I need to look at another brand!?!?
Looking at the Z400 limited and the KFX 400, what's a fair OTD price including taxes?

Dont buy it! I bought one from Berts Mega Mall in Covina, CA and everytime something breaks, they blame the rider. The warranty is not worth the paper it's written on, and the dealer does not back the customer, only looks out for itself.

 

The warranty sucks on the yamaha that's all I know. They don't cover everytihng, they just cover small stuff.

 

You are feeling the same thing I am, anger, frustration, and a sense that these dealers, Like Bert's Mega Mall, Covina, CA don't care about you once you give them the $$$. We should let everyone we can know about this type of treatment. Write to the Better Business Bureau, any Magazine Editors, columns, and all Bulletin Boards. Anyone else agree?? Will someone please start a new forum on this BBS? I'm kind of new, but want to learn how to tell EVERYONE I CAN, so they can make educated choices before getting burned like I did. Thanks!
