Loose the floor boards and mounts......rubber pieces on the fenders that connect to floorboards, lighter tires, loose the lights and assemblies, remove the starter, oil block off kit, remove the airbox and connect filter to the carb, loose the skid plates, shave the plastic, aluminum rims, grind all welds. Stuff like that, just look around at stuff you need and stuff you don't, and make the decision.

I think Polaris put aluminum front bumpers on all the newer models, but it dosn't hurt to break out the magnet and check. Some of the 4x4 models had them, and through Polaris they were pretty inexpensive.

Bradracer sumed it up pretty good.....and what I always tell people when they want a lighter ride is loose some weight themselves...I meen I'm sure we all are a few pounds over weight, plus its probably cheaper shedin pounds off yourself then your quad
