I run the mix ratio that the oli manufacturer recommends which is 40 : 1 on the oil I use.

congrats on the new banshee!

No 20:1 is to much oil! IMO 32:1 is also. I personally run 42:1 Red Line, and used to run amsoil but red line burns alot cleaner. I have heard of people running 100:1 with the right oil so no need to worry about not enough oil untill you get up past about 52:1.

well is running it at 20:1 bad for motor, or is it OK for the motor but i might be fouling some plugs every several tanks of gas.

When you increase the amount of oil you displace the amount of gasoline in the fuel mix.........which has the potential to create a lean condition. Run what the oil manufactor recomends. I personally have been running either redline or amsoil at 50:1 for well over a year, and have never had any oil related problems.

The safest thing to do would be run some plug checks/chops. For the price of plugs...........consider it cheap insurance.
