No you didn't mess up,you just got them one inch taller.

It will slow accelaration a little bit but will increase the top speed.

 

You will be fine. you will have a one tuff machine once you switch the tires. I used to own a tracker. they are tanks and go anywhere. the only thing i had problems with on my tracker was bending the side of my rims on sharp rocks, and getting flat tires from rocks also.
