My raptor seems to not have any *****! Is there suppose to be a power band in these machines? I can pick up the front end in 1st and thats it.. When I get on the throttle it seems to rev more than go. What is the problem???

 

Somethins wrong, u should be able to pick it up through 3rd....stock maybe ur tranny or clutch is shot...

I would have to ride/hear it.....tranny wouldnt really explain why it would just rev more then go...u know sorta like the clutch may just be slipping so much that there is no grab force to make it GO! LOL...

How would I know if its the tranny?? I had the same problem with my Harley and all it was was the clutch adjustment. is it possible thats what it is?

 

all i know is ur problem is and has nothing to do with the rev limiter...unless were talkin about reverse here but..were not

normally it wouldnt want to go into gear, or would just grind...or u wouldnt have a gear...

Got all my gears and no grinding or any out of the ordinary noises, my main problem right now is my parking brake! When I pull my clutch in it spits n chokes out when I get on the throttle, idles fine while its in and revs good with it out. I dont know what to do this parking brake is drivin me nuts and I dont know what to do
