can anyone tell me the stock hp of the polari?, and how do these compare stock for stock in a drag race?
and when u get into modifications whos gonna win then?

Put the Polaris back in the Plow field. this is not a comparison.

 

stock for stock, they really don't compare. When you start adding pipes, portwork, and clutch mods into the equation, you better be sending the raptor to craycraft. It would be my guess that the scrambler could be modified for more power than the raptor.

 

yeah roosthrower is right,once you start adding mods to the polaris it is very fast.Stock for stock a rap wins everytime.

 

Stock, there should be no comparison. It would be even better if the scrammy/sport was a 2x4. These guys are right though, once you mod the scrammy, look out. That motor is a powerhouse, polaris really did a good job with it. It isn't real hard, now-a-days, to get 75..80...or even 85hp out of 'em. But stock vs stock, shouldn't be a problem for the rappy.

 

so your saying mod both of them, and the polari has more hp...will the raptor still beat it in a drag? cause just cuz it will get more hp dont mean its faster

 

scramblers ar very fast if you start dumping money into them, i know of a few that put out 70hp

 

stock for stock the raptor is considerably faster. If both are kept on fully modified but kept on stock bore i believe the scrambler will be faster. When both are bored and put on alcohol etc. my money would be on the raptor though. in my experiences a scrambler will lose to some bikes up hills that it can beat on the flats well at least mine does so the terrain of the race could play a part in the outcome as well.

scrambler or sport 400's can be made to be very fast although these are few and far between.
