Yesterday my SP was beginning to make a light metal noise from the front. I stopped and looked and discovered my radiator fan had fallen off. After going home and taking a closer look the shaft/bearing sleeve and nut were o.k(and still attached to the shaft) but the fan hole had some cracks radiating from it. Has anyone heard of this happening or has had this happened???
