By a Predator! I almost bought a DVX 400 two weeks ago but I was waiting to see if Polaris put reverse on the 05' Predator. Looks like I will stay brand loyal. Those things sure are fast. I was drag racing one at the dunes and it beat me a few times. Enough times to make me realize I gotta have one!

stickhauler what mods did the predator have? before my porting and head mods I could beat preds with the pure polaris slip-on by a few lengths in the sand.

I am lookin towards the basic Pred. Don't really need the TLD one. The Pred we were racing, was all stock but was running the new AMS Sidewinder paddles. The guy on the Pred was a good rider as well. He could get me on the holeshot sometimes but I got him by a couple bike lengths at the finish a few times as well. He had a little better lane as far as the start. That machine seems to be a "good" one out of the box. I was really impressed with it, even more now that is has reverse. I still love my Sport (Banshee killer) but I am lookin for a 4-stroke machine because we ride in the U.P. alot. When we ride up there, we usually ride about 150 miles a day. Rick (RCR) figured about 42-43 when I asked him. He said if I trail port it, I would be up to about 50-51.
