Default How do you fix this?

My rear swingarm plate took a beating the other weekend and when I took it out of the shed this past sunday to wash it I noticed that the skid plate on the singarm was loose. So I grabbed my tools and also noticed that one of the bolts (ones closest to the motor) was missing. No big deal, I'll get a spare I thought. Problem is that the little pressed it or maybe welded nut deal is missing too... so what do I do now? Is it some sort of riveted type nut backer or something? I can ride it, just wanna get it fixed.

the easiest fix would be to run a bolt through it and put a washer and nut on the other side. (use locktite)
