I dunno if anyone cares about any of this or not, but i figured id post it up. Friday night Joyce Rischer ran a 3.0 at 108mph in her dragster, would have been a track record if she couldve backed it up. She went off track and ran over the light box at the end of the track doing 108!!!! It was pretty wild. Her can is a a blown 518 keith black hemi, supposed to be around 2500hp, its amazing

There was a guy at Big River Sand Drags in Bonne Terre MO that broke the track record for ET and mph. June 14, 2003, he did 121.75 mph in 300 ft. July 5, 2003, he ran a 2.673 sec ET. It was a blown funny car type chassis. You can see it under the records section on bigriversanddrags.com.

I didn't get to witness it, just read and hear about it.

Also bonne terre has had many problem with inaccurate times. Just a thought on that. 2.60 is a near impossible mark to hit on anything but the fueler cars

I can't even imagine what kind of roost would be coming off the paddles of such a machine. Crazy.
