Restoring Suzuki LT80 for my kids
#1
I am looking for help on restoring an LT80 I was given to restore. It has been sitting for about a year and does not run, I was told that I should just have to replace the piston and rings and put this puzzle back together. It is in pieces right now, Well 2 pieces, the frame and the engine assembly. Does anyone have any manuals or wiring diagrams for this bike or anything that might be helpful in putting this thing back together and get it running. Thanks for any info

Congrats on picking up a quadzilla jr!
now to the question at hand. Iwas on ebay on the 27th and I remeber seeing more than one manuel that your looking for. Also I am real new to the forum but I know after reading most of the threads back twords the first of the year on these little 80's that if you need any advice on them to get ahold of the guy on here that goes by LT80. I would be willng to bet that he puts these things togeather in his sleep.

Welcome to the forums,qdawg !!
An LT80 is a great starter quad, and there are so many around, parts and mods are everywhere !! My son rode one from age 4.5 to 9, and loved evey minute of it, after a rebuild, a few mods and some clutch tinkering, it was a little hill shredder ! Jack (LT80) has been modding and working on these things a long time, just watch out, he'll have that little LT passing you on the trail !!!

you really would benefit from getting a manual. if you need specs, I've got a suzuki factory manual, but LT80 (Jack) really does know these better than any suzuki dealer. If you think about it, Jack specializes in them, most dealers probably only see a few a year. he knows what really works vs. theory.
