Well after 270 hours on my 04 Predator,I think Its time for me To kick it up a notch.
I plan on Doing some work to make it faster and more powerful. I'm not sure what kinda engine I want to build.
My dealer got a ported head for me already. I thinking about the HPD 558 Kit,with HPD, CDI,valve springs and web Cams.
What do you guys think??
What are some of you running and how do you like it?

I say go for it. You already know what an HPD equipted motor is capable of with your scrambler. Either that, or give Nicholas Cycle a call and see what he recommends running

Matt, call Doug nicholas(number on site below) before you do anything. I would highly suggest his stage one or two....I would go with him, before HPD. He has already shown that he can get the power out of the pred, and he does very high quality of work. I would definately go with his cdi, and his cams( I think he said that the web cams are junk, can't remember though, seems like he said the stockers are better than those). Look at your port job too, and if you want power, you want it extreme.....if it isn't, you got ripped, send it to Doug, and he will make you the power!! Call him.....nice guy, and easy to work with. He will set you up with a motor to suit your riding needs....he has built them for drags, xc, mx......and just trail riders.
