Torque would be the exact same, changing a sprocket can't change the power output of an engine. It will just feel like it has less torque or more depending on the change.
Acceleration is what you will lose. It will likely be very slow to accelerate but the top speed would be insane.
There are no freebies. You want top speed you lose acceleration, you want to accerlerate fast, no top speed. As far as gearing goes that is.
