Default KFX700 V-Force Mod Questions

Ok, I want to mod my quad to get the most I can out of it but I'm looking for mostly bolt on stuff. I have on order the Muzzy 2 in 1, Dalton Clutch Kit and Clutch Cover. I plan on getting a K&N air filter. What more do I need to do without getting a Big Boar kit? Am I missing anything? I hear people talking about Airbox mods, but I'm not too keen on drilling holes in my box. I know I'll need to re-jet. I plan on having my dealer install the Clutch stuff and exhaust so they can do the jetting too. Is there anything else I can do? I do trail riding and some dunes. Right now I feel the quad does ok on trails but kind of sluggish on the dunes. I hope the above mods will help.

Any other suggestions would be so great!

Thanks again,
Chris

wow...I several people on here could go into depth about what they both are but the easiest way of explaining what a cdi is is it doesnt retard the timing as much of the stock cdi...I really havent kept up on the whole cdi and degree advancement key and what they do exactly but if you do a search on the forum I am positive you will find what each do...sorry I am not the greatest help but I try lol

NO, that's great! I'm new to quads but not new to engines. I would guess the timing would be fine right out of factory... Guess Not. Would the timing key and CDI work together or would you get one or the other. Also, who makes these components?

the timing is what holds the quads back alot actually...I think the one that most people have agreed upon for the cdi is the DG3 cdi...like I said I am not 100% sure about this...if KISSOFDEATH would jump in on here I am sure he coul give you alot more info then what I could...or alltoys would know too...ut he hasnt been around alot lately
