If we are talking about the same place.. I dont know where you get your numbers from but they are well overpriced compared to other Local dealers like Albany Honda, or Jerry Phibbs.

True story.

When i buy my first 400ex (2000) I pre-ordered (was due in in about a week said Troy City, which turned into 2 weeks) a new 400ex, they wanted $5600+tax (a little over 6k). So I was anxoious like anyone would be so I put a down payment on it 100$(forgetting that they are 2 weeks backordered to them).. next day I called albany honda, they had one IN STOCK, ready for me for 5600$ even, including tax.

I saved 500$ and got my 400ex from albany honda 1 week in advanced, for cheaper, and albany honda WAS nice to me, they didnt pressure me, and they didnt LIE.

Also the owners are straight up a-holes, unless you walk in with a wad of cash, they have nothing but attitude and just the "you buy or you fly" type talk.

just a few months ago I brought a buddy of mine there to check out some enduros, and the owner, again walks up with his arms folded, looking like we were wasting his time, we asked a simple question "did they change the frame, this seems to sit high" and he sarcasticly commented that they havent changed the frame for 16 years, then he walked away..

sorry for venting, but I have something against them, and i wasnt even a customer of theirs.

Personally I think troy city is the best in the region. They'll usualy go even lower than the list price.

 

Troy city is a bunch of liars and cheaters, and i personally think they tamper with the quads they have before they sell them. They wanted a ton of cash to fix my buddys quad and said it had over 1000 dollars in damage, he fixed it for 300 dollars and had it runnin like new that night. LIARS AND CHEATERS AND CONS ohh my, buy someplace else

IDLE please help us because i got a buddy wants to get a Kx250f there and i want to get a kfx400. the kfx 400 is only $4749 online, how much is the set up and the other to make it completely otd?
