anyone have instructions, dimensions to make my own front bumper for 2004 ac 500 that will fit on my warn mount

 

As a suggestion, visit a few Arctic Cat dealers within your area and bring along your small digital camera, a small tape measure and a note pad. Visit a few AC units on their showroom floor and it they aren't looking, take a few visuals of what you like and don't like. If the AC dealer is friendly, like my local dealer, he/she may even let you record the details without giving you too much flake.

For a bumper, you may want to surf "ATV Bumper" on e-bay and see what designs you like and/or don't like. Who knows, you may even find a style you like and may have to provide minor changes to it - instead of designing from scratch.
