I got it yesterday, what should I check on it?

Is there anything I can do for free performance? All it has is an air filter and aftermarket silencer so Im pretty much stock.

What do people mean when they say "tune" it right, I dont understand this at all. What do I do to properly "tune" it?

First shake down the rear axle bearings, and the swing-arm bushings.
Then chang the oil
check out the spark plug ( I always put this new in a new ride so I know for a fact it is good)
Clean the air filter
Drain the fuel bowl on the carb

To "tune it" you are fine tuning the carb and timing for the best proformance.

A # 1 buy a book on it!

haha, hes a freakin mechanical engineer and could be a mechanic...not to mention he has had trikes in the past.
