Does anyone know the price of a stock intake manifold for the ds in the USA
as i am thinking of getting one ported by mr hp but i dont realy want to send my one away to do it,

 

seems there 150 dollars

 

Is that the price from bombardier ?

as i know mr hp charges 150 for the port job

 

yeah i was shocked at the price when i checked

 

So is that the mr hp price 150 you gave me or is that the price to buy a stock manifold from bombardier

 

that was just the manifold no porting.

I would send mine to get done but I had a bad experiance a couple of months ago sending a LCD telivision abroad for a warranty repair
The Uk postal service have lost it and apart from saying they are sorry thats it im out of pocket big time[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img]

So im a bit nervous about sending bits of my ds away

send me a PM with your email, I am buying a bumper from a guy on another forum who is also selling a stock intake from a 2002 Baja, Perhaps we could get it sent to Eric, then to you after it is ported. I'll get you in touch with the guy etc.

I bought an intake off ebay for 41.50 and I ported it myself, I have not put it on yet.
Looks like it might be a pain to get to the top screw. Might need a allen wrench with
a rounded end, for the angle.
