I printed out the parts breakdown off of warn.com and took mine apart it is fixed all I need is one the rods that hold it together I am going to call them tomorrow and see if they sell them for the a2500. Along my way for looking for a new winch when I thought mine was gone I found a shop here in louisiana that sells Warn 2.5 kits with fairlead for 275.00 to your door and 3.0 kits with fairlead for 375.00 to your door.
