Should i trade the LT for a 440EX??

Alrite...i have a guy i called about selling my gas powered rc truck, and i told him i had a 4 wheeler...when i told him what it was he said that he has been looking for a quadracer to buy for awhile now. He had an 85 when he was a kid and loved it, and is now wanting another one. Since i wasnt too interested in selling it now, i told him i would let it go for 2500-3000. I told him it has basically a complete frame down restoration, which only didnt include the bearings in the rear shock, painting everything, and going through the motor. I was going to replace the rear shock bearings and paint everything before i sold it, but since he seemed interested i told him i may let it go without painting the frame. He said he would be interested if i would sell it for a price that was closer to 2500 without tearing it down to paint. So i told him to come look at my rc truck and the wheeler. Now comes the real question...I have always wanted a white z400...but when i found this 400ex, i almost **** myself for how cheap it was going for. Heres wat the ad says...
440 EX completely race ready
lonestar +1 swingarm, JD Performance +2 A-arms, White brothers triple rate shocks, ac racing bumper, ac pro-peg nerfs, Aluminum air-box that holds battery in it, lonestar lifetime warranty extented axle, 10 inch beadlocks on front with holeshotMX on them, 8 inch beadlocks with holeshots on them, K&N filter and plenty more along with the most of the stock parts as well. $3250, but if interested drop me an email and i'll possibly drop price even more.
I didnt post his number or email so none of u people could steal it...and i jus got an email back sayin he does have it, and the pictures are gonna be sent tonight. To me that sounds like an awesome deal, and it has most of the stock parts which i could sell and recoup some money back. I just wish i knew more about the 440 kit, i hope he didnt just bore it out .040 and call it a 440...but even if thats all the motor has done it still sounds like it has a pretty nice suspension set up on it for around 3000. Tell me what you think.

well i thought it sounded too good to be true...but like i said...even if the motor is stock...i will be able to tell if it has exetended arms and new shocks. But im still waiting on the pictures to see if its worth lookin at. Also sounds like i will be able to get a really good deal on my 'racer too.
