well as i was parked talking with friend with my bike off...someone on a 4x4 quad decided to show off and punch the gas next to us...well he did it allright...while slamming into the rear of my 04 x...everything is ok except the pipe...he hit it sidways and tacoed the pipe against the frame...pinched it copletly shut...

so now im looking for a new pipe...it was an white bros e-series...but i think im gunna find a diff. one..i didnt like all that crap on my grab bar all the time

anyone running the white bros r4?...how does it sound and perform??

also if anyones got some exsaust laying around and dont want it anymore,...pm me or e-mail me....ive still got the stock pile but i dont want to go back to that again,...thanks!!

 

WB R4 pipe is loud, raspy, and quite annoying in my opinion. By the way, sorry to hear some jerk crashed into your quad. He is gonna pay for the damage right??

 

yea...sopposedly...ill know in a few days,...i told him $250 would cover it...now ive just got to find another pipe before to long...i hate to have down riding time...lol

 

There is a new FMF Powercore 4 on Ebay right now for $175 shipped. It is a great pipe. I have it on my DS and on my first DS.

Im running the R-4 not a bad pipe IMO. Then again I had a MBRP before it. A tad on the loud side. It was 100db when the sound cops at Gorman checked it. I think EagleCollector is running the same pipe as well.

 

I purchased the HMF. I paid the extra for the $20 powercoat yellow. Great HP gain, low and mid. Can't beat it for the price. I hear MRHP recommends the HMF or his modded end cap.

 

well,..believe it or not,...one guy out of a million came through with his word and shucked out 250.00 buckaroos for his damages on my bike...i was totaly amazed!!!!,,...so now ive got that much to find a good pipe...im leaning twords the r4...but also like the yoshi on other bikes?...

anyone run the yoshi?...hows it sound?...is it loud...
