I really don't know that much about atv's at all. When I was a kid I used to ride my friends 3 wheeler. Neway now I want to buy a quad but I very low budget. My friend said he'd sell me a 1987 suzuki 185cc for real cheap. Can anybody tell me if this is a good idea or not? thnks

 

What is your budget. What type of riding do you plan to do? Age, size?

Being that you are a beginner I would say to avoid getting a big bore quad or a 2stroke.
