Default dvx 400

Hello everyone I just traded of my yamaha and purchased a DVX400 so far I'm very happy with it the performance of the quad is excellent is their anything I shoud know about it as far as break in or precautions any info would be appr. thanks Mike

Congrats on the DVX, you will be very happy with it.... on the break in procedure.....

some say break em' in like ur gonna ride them, and then some say, ten hours, like everything else! anyway, good luck with it

( i went the ten our way.. its much better on the machine if u ask me.)

hey mike well when i break mine in i usually drive it like i would always drive atv's but the only difference is when you are going wide open only hold it there for maybe 2 to 3 seconds tops then give it a burp or slow down then speed up again and i will usually do that for about 200 miles and i have never had any problems and i guess a person should change the oil after about 150 to 200 miles or so to

i do a couple heat cycles in the garage then for about the first hour i ride them hard but not all out then after that i see what it has.

What did you trade for it?

And i would break it in how i would ride it.

I traded off my 1997 yamaha wolverine 4x4 I wanted somthing with more power I've got the go fast bug.
