polaris ATP/sportsman mods
#1
I have a polaris ATP I bought this spring that I had a few questions about. 1st: What is the easiest or cheapest way to put bigger tires on the ATP. A friend bought ITP's for his sportsman, but had to reverse his rims because the front tires were rubbing the shocks. Do I need to buy aftermarket rims to prevent this?
2nd: I was looking at the headlight, front lift, and the belt snorkel mods. I have a 4 year extended warranty and was wondering what the mods would do to my warranty, especially the snorkel mod. The headlight mod won't be as noticable to the shop, but I'm afraid the snorkel and the lift will be slightly noticable ;o) Anyone delt with the warranty department regarding their mods?
Thanks
Michael

If you buy aftermarket wheels for a Polaris they will be the deep well design to clear the calipers and you should be fine. I would aviod going too large like 27 or 28".
Talk to the dealer about the other mods or call Polaris direct.
