Default foreman valve adjusting

well it has over 4000 miles and as far as i know it has only been adjusted at the first servece, and maybe once about 2000 miles ago. it just seens like its alot louder than it should be so i figure its probably a good time to do it. i would like to jsut do it myself, i have done it on several different machines but it will be the first time tearin into the foreman. does anyone have a honda factory service manual that they could scan for me? even some basic steps would help out alott. should i change the oil after i work on it or should it make a difference? oh, i guess the important thing, what is the clearance??? well any help would be appreciated. thanks
