if the riders had the same experience tt, drag,hillclimb would be the shee now mottocross the 450, woods either the shee or 450

if you took all of those quads and put pipes on them i would have to say in a drag race the banshee would win.

 

i beg to differ on that one. i raced a a piped banshee on race gas yesterday with my 450r and usually the 450 was a little quicker (banshees front tires at my pegs) then the banshee would pull away in 5th or 6th (usually 6th) slowly. sometimes the 450 won the whole race because he didnt have enough time to pass me. o yeah my 450 is bone stock and we did this on pavement with roll ons from 1st gear. also we switched.

 

I dont no bout that i still think the banshee would like you said that the basnhee was coming up on you in 5 and 6 so the banshee is faster. im not talking on a track im talking in a 1/4 mile run .

 

yeah its lucky it had 2 mph over me. i think its safe to safe if i put a pipe on it i woul;d pretty easily beat it in a short drag race and have the same top speed or more

 

its a hard one banshee have been around since 1987 and still are the fastest. i rode a 450r and they didnt seem fastester in top end than a banshee at all. i no they will be it in low end. banshee's have the worst low end.

 

banshees "feel" faster because its not smooth. whats this low end crap again? do u really know what people mean about low end? low end is low RPM power, not acceleration. banshees have excellent acceleration, u just gotta rev it up and dump it
