Default I was so close... But back at the end.

I was suppose to go get my YFZ TOMMOROW, because a man was coming down here to buy my dads 2001 Craptor, he said it was a sure thing if it looked good. He came, he wanted it, we had the stuff ready (my Raptor was going to my dad). So, he decided to take it on a test trive before he puts it in his truck, so he rides it up my street . And guess what happens?

The f'ing TRANNY GOES OUT!! Ride in the middle of the street, second gear blows, and wheels lock up. Im not done either. He tries to start it back up thinking whats wrong, and what happens? The one way blows.. GIMME A BREAK! I was so close, the next morning I was suppostoo go and get my YFZ!! So now its in my uncles shop, now we are fixing it with big bucks on a quad WE DONT WANT. On September 10th, the quad will be auctioned in Arizona, and will be sold there, then I can finnaly get my YFZ. God I needed to vent, today SUCKED. Thats to bad, but its better then having the guy buy it and getting home and going for his first ride and having the tranny and one-way go out, because then he would have thought you all had sold him a POS that you knew had problems even if you all had no idea that was going to happen. Sounds like your real close to getting your YFZ soon anyway, it will just be that much better when you take it on that first ride. Let us know how it turns out.

That’s a funny story.
But guess what I am the head auctioneer in the state of Arizona of BS.
I'm putting a watch out not to accept any Raptors from California for the next 9 months.
That is as long as I can stop a item without due cause.
Then you are sworn to list previous and known problems on invoice, so the public will know.
Thanks for the info.
I am also going to order a look out for this list of mods.

White Brothers E-Series
DG Nerf Bars
K&N Air Filter
AC Racing Pro Bumper
Renthal handlebars w/Grips
GYT-R Skid plates
GYT-R Frame Guards

that has to be the worst luck ever, its just because raptors are loyal to their owners and it did not want to leave.

So what would be the problem with running it through an auction if the quad has been fixed properly? He just said its in the shop being repaired, and I'm sure most people that know anything about raptors would be glad it has a new one way and gears.

Hope your able to get rid of the quad and get your new 450 soon! That has to be some of the worse luck I have ever heard of! I bet that guy was thinking that you were trying to take him for a ride LOL...

Later,
Mike

Your funny, im a considerate person so im not going to blow on you. First off, its not my Raptor, if you were as smart as your acting, you would have read we are selling my dads 01 Raptor, not a 2002. The transmission is being replaced, and theres a new one-way already in it. Im still laughing.

What a jerk, what is the problem if he is getting it fixed, it isn't like it is going to go for a fortune in a auction anyway. Hopefully ur quad will take a big fat **** soon!
