Hello everyone new to the forum . i have owned snowmobiles for many years and been a active member at snowmobileworld.com and i bought a ds650 off of a guy who said he was a member here so i thought i would check it out. he said any questions i had you all would help me out , well i just wanted to say hi to everyone! I mainly will be riding at silver beach and the badlands. the member i purchased the ds from said he went by the name of Rockey

Wasn't he the one that was asking about the weird sound coming from his engine? Yeh, I think his quad frame was bent from a big crash too. If I remember right every time he turned right the quad would buck him off because of the bent frame. There was also this one time he was telling us about the crash that happened on an asphalt road he had just ridden on (because of the real bad oil leak.)

Hey Unionsparky, are you talking about Jeff Rockey from Ohio? If so, I know him, used to ride with him until he decied to drift away from the quad world and get back into car racing or something like that.

Thats the one he mentioned your name. said nothing but good things about ya. I told him i waqs going to take it to the badlands this coming sunday he said i would be impressed.

 

I won't be able to make badlands this weekend, although I'd love to.
But stay in tune on the forums, and keep in touch, we'll hook up eventually.
What mods does it have, last I saw it he had a Lectron 44 on it, with a modified muffler end cap. Does it still, and anything else added since then?

 

he had the ASR upper a arms also. I miss Rocky, I wish he was still riding, for a short guy he could ride that ds!
