I have got my raptor up to about 80mph but how fast can the yfz450 go. and can the raptor go faster than 80 with a aftermarket pipe on it

 

72-74mph (stock yfz450)

76-78mph (stock rap660)

I agree Raptors have a little more top speed beacuse they have more horsepower.

YFZ 450- 69-72
660R- 75-76

 

How often do you ever see a Raptor beat a YFZ??? truthfully who cares about topspeed if you cant reach it to begin with... either way I would always take a YFZ over a raptor, unless the raptor had that ilusive turbo kit...

 

they have around the same hp but the raptors is lower in its rpm band

 

i seen somewhere on a MPH gauge that the raptor dose excatly 74.5

 

Not every bike will run the same.

Also, the conditions that two bikes run in are never the same unless they are racing each other and even that is subject to inconsistancies.
