Default Now thats service!!

I went today to get my plain/white and blue/orange primary spring at Ritter racing cycles. I started asking questions and not only did he sit down and explain every question I had, he took me back to the spring press and weighed every one of them individually. He was a wealth of knowledge and didnt mind spending the time with me. Anything from clutching to head porting and FST kits he explained it all. I thought I just found a local Dalton dealer but instead I found a true professional that actually takes service seriously.

And on top of it all, aparently I left my credit card there. He tracked down my work and had them notify me and got it back the same day!

Is this Ritter dealer near the St Charles Area? Like the fact there is a honest dealer. Do they install the springs?

kbar, Ive never asked them about installing springs but the primary is so easy you probably dont need them to. It took about 15 minutes the first time I did it. Look at KODs website under belt deflection and it shows step by step. You dont need any pullers or spring compressors. Just a 19mm socket, 10 mm socket, phillips screwdriver, and extention. They are not far from st charles, not far acrooss the river on 270. Give them a call for directions (618) 644-3211. I know your main dealer in st charles and avoid them like the plague. There initials say it all (BS).
