Default Sportsman Exhaust leak

I have a 2002 500 HO sportsman that I just did a frame up on and it really turned out well.
EXCEPT..I just can't seem to get the front donut on the exhaust system to seal. I know this seems like a no brainer but I am having a he%% of a time!

I have tried a new donut and new stiffer springs .....I sealed it for a short while with Copper hi temp but it soon melted.

Any one know of a sealant that will take the temps or any suggestions?

Thanks .........A Man with a really good looking noisy bike!

The donut alone should seal it. Is the exhaust cocked or twisted at all? Sounds like something isnt lining up right. If not, try some of this stuff
