DS 650 vs outlander 400 starting

DS 650 vs outlander 400 starting
Hi guys and gals
I have had my outlander for about a week now only 35 miles on it but it has been to cold to ride. Anyway compared to my ds the outy is kinda hard starting where as my ds pops right off with a touch of the botton. Any body else notice that or is it just because the outy is still new. Thanks for the replys
