i am thinking about buying an amplink they say it re-routes your chain and it feels like your bike has been ported is anyone running one of these how are teh powerincreases if any? oh by the way it would beo na 400ex

you may try reposting this in the honda forum.....that is if it's going on a honda......might have better luck.

I had one on my Banshee, I did'nt notice much of a diffrence in performance. One of the rollers gave out on me and jacked the chain. I ended up replacing it with UPP rollers, don't waste your money on the Amp link.

The link has to do with not having your swingarm lock out under hard acceleration. Nothing at all to do with "feeling like it is ported", lol.

Do a search. You will find a bunch of posts, and a bunch of opinions.

thats what they claim though.
my buddy pu one on his shee... they are a waste of cash...
