hey all i modified my endcap this way first cut off the spark arrestor then cut the 2 tubes off where it got small put it back on and it gave it more bottom and way awsome sound not to loud like i like it and it gave it a tiny bit of top.

 

So what kinda tuning adjustments did you make? I've just made a similar mod to my endcap and was curious what i'm in for? It does sound sweet don't it? No replacement for displacement.

 

yea it does sound sweet has a really big rumble type of sound specially when u gear down then it really rumbles. At first right when i put it back on it wouldnt idle at all was running way to slow so i just moved my idle up for now, at first i thought i would have to rejet it but it runs perfect not one bit of hesitation or anything runs perfect through the entire rpm range.

 

I've just finished my stainless oval exhaust tip for my endcap. It looks really sweet too. I did the same thing you did, only installed an oval stainless tip and tig welded it in place. I swear it looks totally sweet. It looks like it could've came that way. I'll have pics up tommorrow. I gotta charge my battery for my stupid camara. Let me know what you think.
