Never seen it. Seems like just a capacitor though. I cant see it doing all they say if it just connectes to the battery though. Maybe the headlight part.

i think it stores electric and when you mash it there is a demand for it and it releases it. i dont know. jmo

scam scam scam not worth it dont buy it...the only thing it'll do is keep youre headlights from dimming if you have them on and then start the motor...or if you are running a cd player and amp...it dont do doodie..
