Default i STILL can't believe it...

This past weekend, I was up in rocky Point, Mexico, doing a little dune riding with my brother, his girlfriend, and my girlfriend....Anyway, we're staying in this newish trailor park, nearby competition hill (for anyone that knows it)...we left at about 8 in the morning. We all know that nobody likes it when people fire up loud bikes and start ripping through the park in the wee hours, so we were taking it easy, trying to be respectuful of all who are staying. Once you get out of the park, there's a long stretch of dirt road, right beside a beach, where some folks were staying. (NOTE: These people were NOT staying in the park, or paying for anything, they were just camped randomly.) Without noticing the random campers on the beach, we lay on the accelarators and head to the hill...about 50 yards into the ride, I see my bro and his GF (on a 450R) start to swerve in weird directions, and crash into the sand...Bringing up the rear, I couldn't see what had caused this, so we race up as fast as we could, only to see that these random camping d!cks had placed small boulders the size of basketballs all across the road, in an attempt to have people slow down, not realizing that they could have killed somebody!! My brother has them to thank for a snapped front bumper, bent handlbars, scratched up plastic, and a girlfriend with a severely sprained ankle...not to mention she will NEVER sit on a quad again due to being shaken up. Needless to say, we stomped into the "campsite" and were looking for some answers...NOBODY FESSED UP...there were about 3 different families camped, and NONE took credit for this senseless act of stupidity...I just couldn't believe it...I am all for keeping the noise down in campsites, and trying to respect people and their space, but this was WAY out of line...somebody could have been seriously injured...People amaze me more and more every day.. Thats mexico for you buddy You shouldve gone to the Baja 1000, THAT was crazy,....someone dug a trench like 2 ft deep, 3 ft wide and 10 ft long. They do this so a trophy truck or anything for that matter, comes flying by and falls into the trench and flips end over end. They make these things for no other reason than amusement. Ive also had people put boulders, dig holes and make "speed bumps" on the beach in mexico so quads would slow down....whenever Im riding at the beach, I slow down when I see people and just wait until I pass by them, its just kinda rude to pass by throwing sand all over them or just hauling *** past their camp...I know they didnt pay anything and what not, but you still gotta be careful and respectful. Just take this as a learning experience and remember that anything goes in mexico

IN the baja 1000 when they wreck you, they then take the metal and parts off your truck.

Thankfully nobody was seriously hurt. So many people these days have no respect for each other, its sickening.

i almost had a simalar thing happen to me. on the trails near me there is a long straight with deep whoops and some1 who obviously was sik of hearing bikes and quads go down it decided they would dig a 2 foot deep trench in between 2 whoops so that it was almost impossible to see until it was 2 late. luckily some one got to it b4 me and stuck a bunch of logs straight up out of the ground and put some paint on them. people have no consideration for any1 else. i was alone when i saw it, if i didnt see it i would of went into it and flipped in 3rd gear, i would have been seriously hurt with no1 to help me. i hate people like that.
