250R Coolant Blowby
#1
Messed up on the other post..
Any way I am having problems with coolant going out the overflow. The cap is fine. I put another cap on and it did it still. I thought the bike was getting hot, but I felt the cap and it was barley warm..Everytime I got on it, it would come spitting out the tube..
I have no overflow bottle at this time, could this be the problem.. OR could my headgasket be going bad??
My head is pretty hot to touch when this is happening. I just rejetted the main, but I was having the same problem before I rejetted.
Main 178, Piolot 58 and clip in the middle and Idle mix-screw 2 1/4 turns out. Mix 32:1 After fixing the mix screw it ran real nice and crisp, but still the overflow.
Any ideas.

Let it ilde with the cap off and see if you can see any bubbles coming up through the coolant. Are the any other signs the head gasket maybe going. How is the power does it run good still. I would just put a head gasket in it. You can put a thinner on out of a CR in it to give it higher compressin. you might want to check to see if the water pump is going. did you do and mod or change anything before it started doing this?
