Default aluminum airbox for DS650??

I know there are a few around, where'd you get them, how much were they?

I already run an open airbox, will not get rid of it entirely 'cause I need the filter protection, but i want my battery and regulator and solenoid and wiring harness up under the seat for that super clean look and organization, I like it alot. and the way they stick down below the tailight in the rear view makes for a perfect place to put the registration stickers IMO.

when you cut the old battery mount off the subframe, what did you touch up the paint with, can you get paint to match from the dealer or am I gonna have to paint the whole subframe?

I'm interested in the aluminum one as well. I, like Hightower need the protection an airbox provides, but I'm really intersted in trying to get a larger air filter fitted to the quad. I'm hoping the aluminum airbox would give me some more filter options. I think the K/N I run is actually slightly smaller than the one's I ran on my Banshee...I think a little bigger filter might provide alittle more power..... I could be wrong, maybe it's adequate...but I'd still like to try.

Yes you have to call. I had to cut the left front corner and patch it to clear the Graydon Pro line exhaust.
