Should I keep my lemon scrammy
#1
Anyone have any thoughts on why I should keep my 99 4x4 scrammy???? I am going to get a WR450 next spring and I am having second thoughts on selling my scrammy. I like it for playing around and would make a great backup ride but all I seem to do is work on the thing. I mean first I broke the swingarm bolt then a a cv boot then after that the whole swingarm broke and the list goes on.
and I dont even jump the thing or ride alot.
My dad has had great luck with his utility and never works on it but as I look through the polaris forum i seem to see alot of post on something giving problems or is it just me. The make great mountain sleds and I will never go back but my scrammy is giving me fits anyone have any advise???? or did I buy a lemon?

I dunno what to tell ya... I have an 01 and 02 scrambler and a predator. I haven't had any big issues with any of them... except for a bent shift fork in the transmission on the predator.
I ride my scrammy on the trails and my predator at the dunes.
Keep it if you enjoy riding it. You'll have to spend more money getting a different quad later if you change your mind.
