headed up too dunes oct, 9 10, too test my rwr stage 2 .hope to have some fun blasting my buddies on there yfz and trx 450,s damned little bikes are quick outa the gate. wish the dunes had some longer straights to let that rotax stretch it,s legs. though the shoreline is ok it does get a little hairy in top gear when you have people flying in all directions.

Vader...we're going Oct. 14-16th. Has anyone been to Silver Lake in the last few weeks? When we went on Labor Day, there was alot of standing water on the flats (where everyone drags), and on the beach. Kinda sucked, they had to move the drags to a different location..alot smaller area and shorter and had a slight down hill start on super soft sand...was real hard to launch the big DS..My buddy on his piped YFZ jumped out of the hole alot better on the softer sand and being such a short race, I didn't have a chance!
